Register your preschool or daycare students for 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten, our free year-round early literacy program for all children from birth to the summer before Kindergarten.
The goal is to read, you guessed it, 1,000 books before to Kindergarten! This sounds like an impossible feat; however, if you read one book every day that is 365 books. If you read two a day, that's 730! And yes, you can read the same book more than once! This fun and simple program is designed to help you connect with your child over a love of books.
