The Library is proud to support our community of educators! This includes, but is not limited to, procuring materials for classes, making presentations, leading orientations, or hosting activities.

Our friendly staff love to participate in reading nights, multicultural fairs, STEM/STEAM events, guest reading events, and other school events. In addition, at the beginning of each school year, we can attend school registration days to sign up students for library cards to ensure they have their most important back-to-school tool. Many of our staff are also trained educators and are available for professional development days, workshops, and staff nights.

Let's work together!

Library Visits

Interested in bringing your class to visit our department?  We'd love to have you.  Class visits allow children and teens to get to know our space, meet our librarians, and receive resource instruction from library staff.

Daycare and Preschool programs wishing to attend storytime with us are strongly encouraged to contact us first, to ensure adequate space and materials.  Our librarians are also happy to visit you and deliver storytime in your location!  Contact us with your date options, number of students, and any other relevant info.

So that we can best serve you, please submit visit requests at least 30 days in advance. Visits and tours are subject to staff availability.
